From the widely hailed, excellent vintage for Semillon in the Hunter, this wine has been made in a full, ripe style perfect for immediate drinking.

The nose shows delicate floral and lemon aromas and the palate is soft and round, with balanced acidity.

It’s delicious now with fish dishes and salads and will gain toasty complexity past 2015.

Background

From an outstanding year for white wines in the region, this wine was made from grapes grown in the Lower Hunter Valley.
Best suited to fine flavoured fish dishes, is ideal for early drinking and will gain complexity with short-term bottle age.

Nose
It shows delicate, ripe fruit flavours, with hints of citrus and tropical fruits.

The palate is soft and round, with good balance and mild acidity.
