This wine is exclusively produced from the harvest of 1999. The grapes were selected from exceptional plots within our 160 acre estate such as les Chalois, les Coutures, les Côtes and les Baraquines.
Hand picked, with crop pressing of the full bunch. Alcoholic fermentation at 16°. Malolactic fermentation in thermo regulated inox stainless steel vats. Ageing on laths in traditional chalk caves.

A richly flavoured Champagne which gains its depth from high quality - Grand Cru - vineyard sites on the Montagne de Reims, a region of Champagne noted for the strength of its Pinot Noir.
