A rich, full flavoured Pinot Gris from Beechworth
This wine shows lifted aromas of ripe pear and stonefruits with underlying spice complexity. It has rich, ripe flavours of citrus and honeysuckle with crisp acidity and a long, lingering finish.
This is a fantastic Pinot Gris from a 5 star winery.

This is a fine, elegant Margaret River Chardonnay showing intense honeydew melon, cashew flavours and subtle complexity. The wine was entirely fermented in French oak barrels, 15% of them new and the balance older. Made in the ‘modern’ style, it is medium bodied and fresh, with under-stated oak and clean acidity maintaining its tight balance. It will gain richness and greater complexity until at least 2012, when it will suit richly flavoured dishes.
