BackgroundThis delicately flavoured rose was produced by Warner Glen Wines from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on their vineyards in Great Southern and Margaret River. The grapes were picked in late March and early April, carefully crushed and the pink juice separated from the grape skins. This was fermented cool, at 15°C, for 20 days to maintain the fresh fruit characters.
