This stylish sparkling wine was made from 61% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir grapes from the high altitude, cool King Valley in Victoria. The blended base wine matured on its yeast lees for 12 months gaining mid-palate and attractive, nutty, bready complexity. The wine is fresh and crisp, with red apple, citrus and fig flavours. It finishes dry.
ColourPale straw in colour with green gold tints.

It’s best enjoyed while fresh, say over the next 12 – 18 months.
