The grapes for this fragrant rosé came from the Riverland, Barossa and Padthaway. The grapes were picked predominantly on 28th February 2020, crushed, then allowed five hours skin contact at 17°C before pressing. The juice fermented cool, to preserve aromas and freshness.
Colour Pale salmon.
Nose Fresh and fragrant showing red fruits with a touch of raspberry.
Structure / Palate Lively and soft, with plenty of red fruit flavour. Finishes dry,with balanced acidity.
