The Shiraz brings plum flavors and subtle spices, while the Cabernet lends the wine its character and structure, as well as notes of blackcurrant. Will drink well to 2025.

A well-structured Cabernet Merlot ready for drinking now and is well suited to flavoursome red meats dishes, particularly lamb. It will soften and gain further complexity until at least 2019

92 points - James Halliday 2019 Companion... Medium bodied and supple, with plenty of flesh on the mid-palate with a fine cut of lightly firm tannin. This wine combines Tempranillo’s characteristic plump palate with fine, firm tannins. It is a ready now and on to 2020.

New vintage just arrived! This iconic Margaret River white is a blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. The palate is crisp and clean, full of passionfruit, freshly cut pineapple, lemon grass with a nice racy acid keeping the finish crisp and dry.

100% Sangiovese handpicked from a single vineyard in Sevenhill. Aged in older French oak for 15 months. Sangiovese is the dominant grape of central Italian wines, is medium to light in body and has good fruit weight on the palate and the acidity and tannin structure to make a fantastic food wine.

The Rutherglen Muscat is the most youthful and fresh varietal from the Stanton & Killeen fortified collection. This is a great value fortified wine at only $21.99 per bottle. You can enjoy this wine with any dessert this winter and is a necessity for your Christmas celebrations.

Medium bodied, with good depth of dark fruits. Plenty of fine, dry tannin, finishing with good length. Generous and luscious blackberry and raspberry fruit characters. Excellent firm tannins with a long and lasting finish.
