92 points Halliday 2019 Companion. Made entirely from Semillon grapes from the Lower Hunter Valley, this wine has a ripe lemon aroma with tropical hints. The palate is medium bodied and round with good depth of flavour and finishes with balanced acidity. The wine is well suited to immediate drinking and will gain toast and lemon curd complexity past 2020.

91 points Halliday 2019 Companion. Made from vineyards in the lower Yarra, this wine has fine honeydew melon and cashew aromas with subtle oak. The palate is medium bodied, finishing with good length and crisp acidity. While typically demure now, the wine will fill out and gain complexity until at least 2020.

Similar to our 2016 vintage, we combined the best features of two Adelaide Hills wines, one for its greater flavour and body, the other for its perfume and fresh acidity. The result is a wine with pear and lemon fragrance followed by a soft, medium-bodied palate finishing with fresh, balanced acidity

New vintage just arrived! This iconic Margaret River white is a blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. The palate is crisp and clean, full of passionfruit, freshly cut pineapple, lemon grass with a nice racy acid keeping the finish crisp and dry.

This wine combines the freshness and crisp finish of the Grigio style, with the ripe fruit of Gris. It’s best enjoyed while young and fresh, until the end of 2019. Try it with seafood, salads or just by itself.
